Housed within the Queensland Cricket & The Pavilion complex is Extreme Physique Personal Training, which can offer fun and varied options for break-out sessions or team building activities.
Extreme Physique has been established for six years and has a team of seven highly qualified personal trainers. The newly built gymnasium incorporates the highest standard of facilities, as well as the opportunity to exercise outdoors on the picturesque Allan Border Field.
